Gülcan is a global business and leadership development coach and trainer with over 20 years of improvement experience in the UK and North America, working with leaders to achieve transformational results.
She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, holds a BSc in Statistics.
Gülcan holds an MBA from Warwick University, UK. She is a mentor and a guest lecturer at Warwick Business School contributing to the development of future leaders.
Gülcan is a certified Thinking Environment Coach, NLP Practitioner and a qualified member of Nancy Kline’s “Time to Think Collegiate".
After many years of living in London, she now lives in Hawaii with her husband Jason.
